Return & Exchange Policy

Mofiso, having its registered office at Ligo Trading Private Limited 56- B/10, Rama Road Industrial Area, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi, Pin Code- 110015 (“Mofiso”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website www.mofiso.in (“Website”), through which we are facilitating the sale of high-end travel bags, backpacks, and such other products sold under the brand name Mofiso’ (“Product”) to the users of the Website (“User” or “you” or “your”).

1. Returns

1.1 We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with its original MRP tag and other labeling, and must include all accessories in its original packaging. The item should be in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

1.2 While raising a request for a return on the Website, you will have the option to seek a refund of the monies paid by you towards the purchase of the Product. You will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for the return of Products.

1.3 You will ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, unwashed, with price tags intact, and all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) should be unused and should not carry scratches, stains, dirt, sweat, detergent, or body odour. Mofiso reserves the right to alter, revise or modify this Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.

2. Exchanges

2.1 If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process as mentioned above and indicate your exchange preferences when requesting the order number. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

2.2 In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference, including any shipping charges incurred.

Non-Returnable Items

2.3 Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and clearance items (unless they are defective). Final sale items are also non-returnable.
